Shipping policy

Shipping Policy
All orders will be processed within 3 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after you receive your order confirmation email or text (depending on the selected option at checkout). A notification will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates. 
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping is available for all U.S. orders over $100.

International Shipping
Currently, only shipping internationally to Canada. We are working on our international shipping. <3

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that some carriers may have restrictions when shipping to P.O. Boxes. If any of the carriers used for your shipment fall into this category, we recommend checking their policy and informing your customers accordingly.

How to Check the Status of Your Order:
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email or text notification (based on your selected option at checkout) containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 3 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, kindly contact us at info@shop-unexplained.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter for you.
